- Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars, to three decimal places. An annual plan costs ten months’ price for twelve months.
- Meta charges WhatsApp fees per conversation directly; they are not part of the plan price, and every campaign shows its cost before you send it. Telegram has no fees.
- AI in MADAR suggests replies from your knowledge base and, if you switch it on, answers customers automatically — only from your own articles. Every reply it writes, suggested or automatic, counts toward the month’s allowance.

Questions about subscribing
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is free with no credit card, within the trial plan’s limits shown above.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, by KNET or card, through the Tap payment gateway.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — there’s no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel the renewal whenever you like: your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops, with no refund for the time left. Your data stays yours.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. The owner can download a full copy of the account — customers, conversations, deals and settings — as one file in CSV and JSON.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan to carry on, and your data stays exactly as it is — conversations, customers, settings and everything you set up during the trial.
Can I pick a plan from the start?
Yes. Each plan’s button opens sign-up with that plan already selected; you still start on the free trial, then confirm the plan and pay inside the app.
